Shipping Methods and Policy

We ship within the USA, to USA provinces and to US Government Installations.  

We offer a flat rate shipping of $4.95 on most orders, regardless of how many items are ordered, with few exceptions as noted below. 

Most items are normally shipped the same business day for orders received before 2PM CST, paid with credit card without complication and except Mondays. Exceptions to this policy are expensive consumer items, items that are specifically designated as "Normally shipped in 1-3 business days" in the item descriptions and drop shipped items. Payment complications include: different shipping and billing addresses, billing information inconsistent with what's on the credit card record, and orders that can't be verified by phone. Orders placed during non-business hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays are normally processed and shipped on the next business day except Mondays.

The majority of our shipments within the continental USA qualify for flat rate shipping of $4.95.  However as noted on our websites some items are plus shipping, such as mirrors that ship “Oversize” by FEDEX/UPS standards, or that must ship via TRUCK.  We currently ship by FEDEX for the majority of shipments; however some of our factories do use UPS for larger shipments. The US Postal Service is used for smaller packages and for APO/FPO addresses.  For Express shipping and plus shipping items, we do not inflate freight charges; you are only charged what we are charged.

Shipping cost goes up almost exponentially in the sequence of FEDEX Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Saturday delivery is available from FEDEX but at a premium rate.  Most but not all zip codes qualify for all express services listed.  Please call us for a quote or to verify express shipping availability. 

All orders over $100 shipped via FEDEX or UPS are insured for damage and missing packages. We are not responsible for any physical damage caused by the shipper.  In the event a product arrives damaged, or appears tampered with, please notify us as soon as possible and within 10 business days for assistance in resolving the matter. 

Shipments over $100 will require an Adult Signature.  Please ensure that you provide us a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package, as the signature requirement may not be waived.  While a change of delivery address may be possible under certain conditions, if a package is already in route, a $10 address change fee will be assessed for FEDEX/UPS shipments.  For address corrections needed for items shipping other than FEDEX/UPS, please contact us for options and quotes.  We are NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by FEDEX or UPS drivers. 

Regular FEDEX & UPS delivery hours are Monday-Friday, 7-5.  FEDEX Home Delivery service delivers “Residential” deliveries Tuesday-Saturday, delivering into the early evening weekdays.  Where a business name is not provided, the order is presumed to be shipping to a “Residence”.  If your order is shipping to a business, please, specify the name of the business.  If it is shipping to a “Residence” but a business name has been provided, please note that in the “comments” when ordering.  Otherwise, where a business name is provided, it is presumed that it is going to a “Commercial” district for delivery M-F during normal business hours.  We do not guarantee the arrival date or time of the packages.

US POSTAL SERVICES: At this time, we use The U.S. Postal Service for smaller packages and shipments to APO/FPO addresses.

All USPS shipment may be delayed 1-2 business days. USPS does deliver on Saturdays free of extra charge.

FEDERAL EXPRESS: FedEx is the best way to ship our merchandise as we have found FedEx is much gentler to the packages than UPS. We offer ground shipments by FedEx, other FEDEX options include 3 Day Express Saver option. FedEx 2nd Day and Next Day would be much more expensive. You may request them in the Comment section of the order form; however, dependent upon the time the order is placed and received by us, there may be one business days lag before the request may be executed.  Where a definitive shipping commitment for service, ship date and/or price quote is required, please call us.  There will be additional shipping charges for 3 Day Express Saver option. FedEx 2nd Day and Next Day.

NON-CONTINENTAL USA ADDRESSES: Yes, we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands addresses, using UPS Air (Next Day or 2nd Day) or US Postal Service. In most cases there will be additional charges to these addresses.

DROP SHIPPING: To expedite shipping, sometimes it is necessary to ship products directly from the manufacturer or our distributors to our customers.
